Terms of Service

By accessing or using builderhub.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

builderhub.ai provides AI-powered system design interview practice. The Service includes structured mock interviews, free form coaching sessions, voice interaction features, and feedback reports. Sessions are consumed from your monthly allocation upon use.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service offers a free tier with limited sessions and a paid Intensive plan at $39/month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Sessions reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused sessions. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@builderhub.ai within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; (c) share your account with others; (d) use automated tools to interact with the Service; or (e) interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by builderhub.ai. Your conversation transcripts and session data are yours. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete. Interview practice outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, builderhub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
